The Collective is our charity, community and volunteering hub.

The Collective exists because small, thoughtful actions can make a real difference when they’re guided by shared values. By coming together around causes linked to health, well-being and community care, we’re able to turn empathy into action and ensure the impact we have reflects who we are as a business.

Care beyond the clinical.
Shared impact. One collective.

Here you'll find information and news about our recent charity events...

Our employee volunteering days from a key part of The Collective

Interventional Impact Day is our commitment to giving back in a way that truly matters. Each year, every member of our team is given a dedicated day to volunteer for a charity or cause that is personally meaningful to them and aligns to our company values. As a small business with employees spread across different communities, this initiative allows us to create a positive impact far beyond a single location.

By empowering individuals to support causes close to their hearts, we’re able to contribute to a diverse range of organisations and communities, making our collective effort both personal and far-reaching.

In 2025 we volunteered for
100 hours,
in 2026 we are aiming for...

250+ hours!

Another big event in The Collective calendar is our charity car wash. We hosted this event in 2025 in support of St Luke's Hospice and raised over £2800. Our team rolled up their sleeves to wash cars, sell cakes and tombola tickets with amazing prizes up for grabs! Our car wash will be back this year, let's see if we can raise even more vital funds for an amazing cause!

Every March, we Walk All Over Cancer in support of Cancer Research UK. We set a collective target between everyone who would like to take part in the company and tackle it together.

We walk all over our home town of Sheffield, taking in the beautiful scenery - and our field-based team walk all over their neighbourhoods too. We aim for 1500 miles between us. A great challenge for a great cause.

Another big part of The Collective is the Robert Bardsley Bursary. This bursary is available through The British Society of Interventional Radiology (BSIR), aimed at supporting projects that strengthen interventional radiology practice, education and patient outcomes across the NHS.

Robert Bardsley our friend and colleague. He was in it from the beginning. A true legend. We miss him everyday.

Our office tuck shop works hard all year round to make money for local charities. Here it is all dressed in pink, as part of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

We bake, we drink coffee and we eat cake! Macmillan Coffee morning is a firm favourite in the office where we all get to sample a few home-baked treats all in aid of a fantastic cause!

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is full of charitable activities for us, from Wear It Pink Day to crocheting boobs!

The Collective is home to all our charitable activities, but you can also find out more on our News & Events section of our website.
