How do I place an order?

To discuss your individual requirements, please contact our Customer Experience Team who will be happy to talk though your options.
What are my delivery options?
We aim to deliver your item on a next day delivery (excluding weekends) in most cases, providing your order reaches us before 4pm and we have the item in stock. If your requirement is a little more specific, we do have a range of delivery options – contact our Customer Experience Team to find out more.
Can I track my delivery?
We do not currently offer a tracking option for all parcels as we aim to get products for you on a next day delivery where possible. However, if you have an important delivery and would like to be able to track it, ask a member of our team when you place your order and we will do our best to help you.
How do I return my order?
We hope that you are happy with your product but if for any reason you are not, we operate a 45 day no quibble returns policy, as long as your item is unopened and in saleable condition (please refer to us for full terms and conditions*). To arrange a return please contact us directly.
What happens if the order I receive is faulty or incorrect?
In the rare and unfortunate event of your order being faulty or incorrect please accept our apologies and contact our Customer Experience Team and we will do our best to resolve your issue.
Can you deliver directly to a home address?
Products suitable for community use can be delivered directly to a home address at the request of a registered healthcare professional and with prior qualification.

What if I need to change my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes you might need to make. As every situation is different, please give us a call to discuss your requirements.
What if I have a query on my invoice?

Environmental Policy

We are committed to helping the environment and reducing our carbon footprint. We have lots of environmental initiatives on the go, watch our news pages for updates.

We’re proud to say that all of our packaging is made from 100% recycled materials, including the biodegradable bubble wrap and brown packing paper we use to protect our products when they’re being delivered. When we can, we re-use old boxes to send orders out too. Reducing waste is very important to us, so reusing boxes is just one of the things we do.

We’ve just welcomed 2 beehives to our site as part of our environmental accreditation, find out more about them here.
