At It’s Interventional, making a difference every day is at the heart of what we do - and that extends far beyond healthcare.
Each year, our Sheffield team swaps medical devices for sponges, buckets and shammy leathers as we host our much-loved Charity Car Wash at our office on Lydgate Lane, raising vital funds for incredible local causes.
This year, we’re proud to once again support St Luke’s Hospice Sheffield, who are celebrating an incredible 55 years of compassionate care.
Join us for a day of sparkling cars, homemade cakes, coffee, tombola prizes and community spirit - all in aid of a charity that makes a profound difference to families across Sheffield.

Our charity car wash transforms the It’s Interventional car park into a full-service car spa, with our team taking on:
- Wheel washing
- Pre-wash and rinse
- Jet washing
- Shampoo and hand washing
- Drying and finishing touches
Your car leaves sparkling - and every pound raised helps support local families when they need it most.

Our charity tombola is always a highlight of the day, featuring generous prizes donated by wonderful local businesses across Sheffield. From restaurant vouchers & beauty treatments to family experiences and special gifts, every ticket sold helps raise money for an incredible cause.

Our team will once again be baking up a storm, with homemade cakes, brownies and savoury treats available throughout the day.

For 55 years, St Luke’s Hospice Sheffield has been providing compassionate care and support to people facing terminal illness, both at their hospice and in patients’ own homes.
Their work helps thousands of patients and families each year, offering expert care, comfort, dignity and support during life’s most difficult moments.

2025: Supporting St Luke’s Hospice Sheffield
Our 2025 charity car wash was a fantastic success, bringing together staff, supporters, local businesses and the wonderful St Luke’s team for a brilliant day of fundraising.
Thanks to car washes, cake sales and tombola ticket sales, we raised:
£2,802.99
This included:
- £1,802.99 raised on the day
- An additional £1,000 donation from It’s Interventional
An incredible result that helped St Luke’s continue supporting families across Sheffield.

2023: Charity Car Wash Fundraising for Weston Park Cancer Charity
Our 2023 car wash continued the tradition of combining teamwork, generosity and community spirit, whilst celebrating the NHS’s 75th Birthday.
From donated prizes to enthusiastic volunteers and lots of sparkling clean cars, it was another reminder of how much can be achieved when people come together for a good cause.
2022: Supporting Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity
One of our earlier charity car wash events supported Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity, helping raise funds for life-saving equipment, vital research and better patient experiences for children and families.
We were proud to support another exceptional Sheffield charity and continue our commitment to giving back.
